I took that screen capture at 11:32 PM MST, so 1:32 AM EST. Four hours prior was 9:32 PM EST. For the record, that’s 30 minutes before Cain half-assed an apology for making a sexist remark when he wants us to believe he’s not a lecherous misogynist. 

It’s 1:13 AM MST. 3:13 AM EST. And it’s still there. Even Dana Perino thinks that was dickish. Just sayin’.
