The nation’s five largest banks just agreed to compensate home owners in 49 states who were improperly foreclosed on or who were otherwise screwed by shady mortage-servicing. Walker has announced that he’ll be taking some of that money away from Wisconsinites who got screwed and instead pay down the state’s budget deficit — a deficit Walker artificially created with tax cuts, a deficit created as justification for slashing teachers’ salaries.
